Nativa Terra Subdivision, Boise, ID

Exclusive foothills subdivision, multiply phases, in Boise Foothills East with extensive engineering related to topography, and unique infrastructure design considerations. This project scope involved design and approval of a foothill roadway system in the jurisdiction of Ada County Highway District (ACHD).  Roadway geometric design considered cut/fill balance, cross-sections for earthwork quantities, and foothill storm drainage facility design.  The project was approved and constructed in accordance with ACHD standards and policy.  Construction was completed in the fall of 2007 within the professional services budget.

Shadow Valley Estates, Ada County, ID

Utility/Infrastructure Facility Study for high profile master planned foothill development above Shadow Valley Golf Course.  This project involved preparing a voluminous study and engineering assessment to satisfy specific criteria and regulations of DEQ.

Starlight Estates Development                    

Design of a foothill project roadway system for a low density residential subdivision. The project involved undulating topography, a constrained roadway corridor due to adjacent properties, and a unique rockery retaining wall.  The project was completed in the spring of 2008 within the schedule and budget framework of the project.
